LLC TRB informs about receiving a positive expert opinion from FGKU Rosgeolexpertiza on the project documentation Project for conducting exploration works at the Zhidoy deposit of apatite-perovskite-titanomagnetite pyroxenites (Expert opinion No 059-02-10/2026 dated 17.03.2026).

In 2026—2030 LLC TRB plans to conduct geological exploration at the Zhidoy deposit with a calculation of reserves based on permanent exploration conditions.

The main geological tasks of the planned works:

• clarification of the spatial position and internal structure of ore deposits identified at the stage of geological study localization of ore bodies within them and assessment of their parameters ensuring the calculation of reserves by categories C1 and B to an economically justified depth;

• study of the technological properties of ores including on the material of semi-industrial samples;

• study of engineering-geological hydrogeological and environmental conditions of the deposit;

• development of the feasibility study for permanent exploration conditions and preparation of a report with the calculation of reserves by categories C1 and B.

Main types and volumes of work provided for by the project ditching (3000 rm) core drilling (14 780 rm) sampling of technological samples technological research of ores as well as a complex of accompanying sampling laboratory topographic-geodetic and other works ensuring the receipt of the necessary information for the preparation of a report with the calculation of reserves and development of the feasibility study for permanent exploration conditions

Expected increase in reserves for category C1: TiO₂ — 9.3 million tons, Fe_total — 16.0 million tons, P₂O₅ — 3.3 million tons; for category B: TiO₂ — 8.0 million tons, Fe_total — 13.2 million tons, P₂O₅ — 3.0 million tons.

LLC TRB informs that the State Commission on Mineral Reserves of the Federal Agency for Mineral Resources has reviewed the materials of the Report on the results of appraisal works at the Bolshezadoy ilmenite pyroxenite occurrence for 2013-2024 Feasibility study of temporary exploration conditions and calculation of reserves as of 01.01.2025 License IRK 02912 TR.

Report with reserve calculation and feasibility study of temporary conditions are the result of many years of work carried out by LLC TRB at the Bolshezadoy site.

Commission Decision:

1. To approve the positive conclusion of the state expertise dated 29.08.2025 No 2-25/124-TEO/PZ on the feasibility study of temporary exploration conditions and the calculation of reserves of apatite-perovskite-titanomagnetite ores of the Zhidoy deposit in the Irkutsk region

2. To approve temporary exploration conditions for the calculation of reserves of apatite-perovskite-titanomagnetite ores of the Zhidoy deposit as applied to open-pit mining

3. To approve the reserves of apatite-perovskite-titanomagnetite ores of the Zhidoy deposit in the following quantities:
